The dynamic and popular leader of Parlakhemundi Constituency, Dr. Tirupati Panigrahi has made a 3-day tour to Hederabad along with 42 supporters, wellwishers and grassroot leaders, to meet the Prabasi Parla odiya and telugu people who live in Hederabad. The non-resident Parla people have been extending overwhelming welcome to Dr. Panigrahi in different Places. At 6PM today, they have arranged a grand welcome ceremony at Padmarao Garden, Moosapet where 4000 people are expected to join.Mr. Malu Bhatti Vikramarka, the Congress Leader of the Opposition Telengana Assembly shall grace the occasion as guest.
