DR. Tirupati Panigrahi extended his full support to farmers for the cause of Price rise, Prestige and Pension. Parala Swaviman Manch along with Navanirman Krushak Manch lead a 12000 strong farmer delegation to Gajapati Collector's office to place their demand, despite of opposition from local political leadership.
